CRAVE NW AT SPOKANE VALLEY, the Inland Northwest’s premier food and drink celebration, will be held July 14-16, 2022 at Spokane Valley CenterPlace. Presented by the City of Spokane Valley, CRAVE! NW is the largest culinary event in the Spokane area. It is dedicated to uplifting the culinary scene in the Northwest. This year, the 3-day food festival is chef-focused and showcases the creative talents of visionary chefs and tastemakers from around the region highlighting the flavors of the great Northwest.

Join Crave! for a fun night of the best burgers in the area! Peoples choice and Celebrity trophies awarded. Not only will the chefs impress you with their best burgers you will be entertained with Relentless Wrestling matches every hour, live music and taste some of the regions best beer, cider, wine!
Friday night highlights Foods from around the World and a Carnivale festival of wonders to capture your imagination. You will be entertained with live music and taste some of the best food from regional & national chefs in addition to amazing beer, cider, wine from our region!
This night is an culinary adventure of smoke and fired foods from amazing national and regional chefs! Add Tribal dancers, drummers and entertainment, beer, cider, wine and you will be delighted!
All events are 21+
You will also find a Culinary Village at each Crave! event filled with amazingly talented tastemakers to sample and purchase their amazing offerings! In addition to a Non-Profit Alcohol Store with many of the Crave! alcohol purveyors and their products available for sale with proceeds benefiting JAKT Foundation chef education, enrichment and support fund.
