CRAVE! NW AT SPOKANE VALLEY, the Inland Northwest’s premier food and drink celebration, will be held July 13-15, 2023 at Spokane Valley CenterPlace. Presented by the City of Spokane Valley, CRAVE! NW is the largest culinary event in the Spokane area. It is dedicated to uplifting the culinary scene in the Northwest. The 3-day food festival is chef-focused and showcases the creative talents of visionary chefs and tastemakers from around the region highlighting the flavors of the great Northwest.

Thursday July 13 - Burger Smack Down
6-9PM General Admission | 5pm - Limited Early Admission

Join Crave! for a fun night of the best burgers in the area!  Peoples choice and celebrity judged categories.  Not only will the chefs impress you with their best burgers and americana entrees, you will be entertained with Tribal dancing & drumming, live music and taste some of the regions best beer, cider, wine!

NW main events a Non-Profit Alcohol Store is available with many of the Crave! alcohol purveyors and their products available for sale with proceeds benefiting JAKT Foundation chef education, enrichment and support fund. You will be able to purchase at 10% off and not pay any liquor taxes.
